Lunar Flow:


This vinyasa class invokes and pays homage to the illuminating, cooling and reflective qualities of the moon. We will move through a slower paced flow, incorporating deep and grounding asanas (postures), pranayama (breath-control), meditation, chanting and relaxation. This subtle practice teaches you to slow down, reflect and attune to the ebb and flow of energy within and around us. You will leave feeling balanced, renewed and receptive. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.




Solar Flow:


This is a dynamic and revitalizing all levels vinyasa flow with invigorating energy of the sun. We will build internal heat and strengthen and stretch the body through various asanas from foundational to more challenging with an emphasis on breath-control (pranayama), postural alignment and enhancing mind-body connection. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Prenatal Yoga:


Taught by an experienced, Yoga Alliance registered prenatal yoga teacher this class provides a nurturing and supportive environment for mamas to be. It is designed to optimize mamas mental and physical health through yoga, breath awareness, relaxation and guided meditations. We will explore pregnancy safe yoga postures designed to strengthen and stretch muscles needed during pregnancy and childbirth as well as pelvic floor awareness and exercises. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience and any trimester.

WEDNESDAY (8:00 - 9:00 pm) & SUNDAY (4:30 pm - 6:00 pm) at Ground Yoga. NEW SESSION starting January 4th and 8th.



Mom and Baby:


Join us and experience the joy of practicing yoga with your baby. In this vinyasa style class we will move through specific asanas (postures) to tone, strengthen and stretch your body; learn relaxation and meditation tools to help you connect with your heart, body and soul; and explore breath-work to help you to release and relax. We will also move through specific exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and rebuild and tone the back and core muscles. You can feel free to hold your baby in your arms or in a carrier or to have your baby sit in front of you on a mat. Classes are relaxed and move to the beat of our baby drums. Class is for new mamas and babies 6 weeks – beginning crawling age.

  Kids Yoga:


Each week we will begin class with a theme, breath-work and setting of intentions. We will move through sun salutations and various postures, followed by fun yoga inspired games that promote creativity, listening into the body and learning to follow intuition. We will then move through meditation, chanting and relaxation. For ages 5-7 we may also take a few minutes to draw and/or journal our experiences in class. Closing class with a friendship and sharing circle.


Family Yoga:

Yoga comes naturally to children and many start doing poses at a very young age. Yoga has many great benefits for kids, it helps them regulate emotions, find focus, relaxation, self awareness and inner fulfillment. It also promotes connectivity and self-esteem in a safe and non-competitive environment. Physically it can help them with their balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Classes include age appropriate yoga poses, breathing and movement games as well as an emphasis on interactive and partner poses for parents and children to do together.

Parent and Toddler Yoga

This class is designed for parents and their toddlers ages 1-5 years old. This is a great way to introduce your little one to the wonderful world of yoga! Classes will incorporate yoga asanas, partner poses, meditation and pranayama as well as movement, play and song. This class is flexible and will allow children to join in the yoga practice when they feel comfortable!

This is a great way to deepen your parent/child relationship, build balance, improve body and breath awareness, range of motion, proprioceptive awareness, movement/vestibular input and imagination.





Prenatal Partner Workshop: Yoga in Childbirth:
This workshop will teach you and your partner various tools and techniques to help you through labor and delivery. It will explore visualizations, meditation and pranayamas (focused yogic breathing) used to reduce fear and anxiety by promoting relaxation. You and your partner will also learn gentle yoga asanas and movements with the support of a birthing ball to reduce pain and enhance progress in labor. Partners will learn hands on techniques including massage, acupressure and counter pressures along with positive affirmations that will help the mama to feel fully supported during labor. We will also discuss the stages of labour and the physiology of pain. By providing expectant parents with a better understanding of pain, we will aim to lessen the fear associated with pain and childbirth and give mamas effective tools for pain management in labor. This workshop approaches birth from a yogic perspective but no previous yoga experience is required.

Mind-Body-Baby Workshop
If you are pregnant and ready to connect with baby on a deeper level, then this workshop is for you! Join Andrea and Nina for an afternoon of healing and connection through yoga, acupressure, breath work and meditation!

During this practical workshop you will:
-Be guided through a prenatal yoga class
-Relax and rejuvenate through a guided, visual meditation that will allow you to connect with baby
-Learn breath work to be used during labour
-Learn ways to release suppressed emotions and fear around your pregnancy and birth
-Discover tools that will teach you how to balance your chakras (energy centers)
-Learn Acupressure points to decrease stress, anxiety and any other suppressed emotions restricting your body from opening
-An introduction to essential oil use that is safe during pregnancy
-Develop both self-awareness and intuition
